hey, we're Sarah & Clare
"We built what we wished existed when we were starting out and what we still need today"
Clare Lawley and Sarah Norris bring different experiences but a shared belief in the power of connection and opportunity for women in regional Australia.
Clare is an executive leadership coach with more than 20 years' experience in People and Culture across Australia and the Asia Pacific.
Sarah is a social impact strategist and communicator with extensive experience building relationships, strengthening communities and connecting people across regional NSW.
Together, we're creating the community we wish we'd had earlier in our careers and still value today.
A place for regional women to connect, grow, champion one another and create opportunities together.
Regional Women Collective started with a simple observation: regional Australia is full of talented, ambitious and capable women doing incredible things, but opportunities to connect, share experiences and invest in their own leadership aren't always easy to find.
We wanted to change that.
What began as a conversation about the opportunities and challenges of leading in regional Australia grew into a bigger idea. A community where women from different industries, backgrounds and stages of leadership could come together, learn from one another and open doors for each other.
Starting in the Snowy Monaro, we're building something that could reach well beyond our region. A collective shaped by the women who are part of it, grounded in connection and driven by the belief that talent is everywhere, and opportunity should be too.
Who is
RWC for?
RWC is for women who lead, aspire to lead or simply want to grow.
Business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, community changemakers and women finding their next chapter. Whether you're established in your career, building something new or figuring out what's next, there's a place for you here.
You don't need a title, a particular background or all the answers. Just a willingness to connect, contribute and grow alongside other women.
